WASHINGTON, 24 nov (IPS/TerraViva) – Las expectativas para la conferencia mundial sobre cambio climático que comenzará la semana próxima en la sudoriental ciudad mexicana de Cancún parecen menores que las del encuentro el año pasado en Copenhague, mientras las emisiones de gases invernadero, causantes del fenómeno, siguen creciendo.
