Great step to take geoengineering "out of the closet" as called for in a recent issue of the U.S. publication Foreign Affairs. One comment. Whenever I see articles on geoengineering, they are full of apologies - I believe to soothe the way to discussion. These shouldn't be necessary. Don't remember reading such apologies when H1N1 first surfaced and vaccines were discussed!! Hurrah.
