Africa needs to invest in water

SADC water talks in Lesotho have again highlighted the need for leadership to drive the process of protecting the scarce resource in the southern part of Africa. Delegates also say private investment is needed to put the necessary infrastructure in place. Zukiswa Zimela reports from Lesotho.
