Sweating is a biological function done by body, to regulate its temperature. Some of the things that might make you sweat includes the outside body temperature, emotions or working hard. Sweating too much or not sweating enough can arise due to health problem. The most common areas of body that sweat are armpits, face, palms and feet soles. How ever, many people sweat too much there are some remedies that one can use in case of excessive sweating.

Apple cider vinegar

when used well, apple cider vinegar has a lot of benefits in the body, This benefits vary from controlling blood pressure, reduction of cholesterol s level in the blood and also weight loss. Apple cider vinegar can also be used as a remedy for excessive sweating when applied to sweaty areas of the body every day before you sleep and also when taken in form of concoction, by one teaspoon of vinegar before meals. The effects are easily noticeable within the first week.

Green and black tea

Many people assume that green and black tea are meant for weight loss purpose. However, scientist have proven green and black tea to be of important when used as a remedy for excessive sweating. Green and black tea is said to contain some minerals such as magnesium and vitamin B which inhibits sweat glands from producing excess sweat.

Potatoes

Potatoes are easily available as one can access them in a grocery. Potatoes contains a lot of potassium which is scientifically proven to absorb excess of water and inhibit sweating. For potatoes to be more effective you need to slice them in pieces and rub them across your armpits for a moment daily so as to reduce excessive sweating . Typically potatoes are said to be the best “roll on” when it comes excessive sweating in armpits.

Cornstarch can be used as a home remedy for excessive sweating by applying a heap of teaspoon containing corn starch in armpits, daily for a period of time.

Lemon

With its acidic properties lemon is known to naturally reduce sweating. If you apply lemon juice in your armpits, leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing every day it will reduce excessive sweating in your armpits.
