The first issue of ‘Crime and Justice’, a monthly newsletter as part of the Death Penalty Abolition project funded by the European Commission, was published with close coordination by the regional director who is also the coordinator of the entire project. IPS technical director Walter Garcia and project part-time editor Alison Langley contributed their share.
