Apart from its headquarters in Rome, IPS maintains offices in Belgium (Brussels), Finland (Helsinki), Germany (Berlin), and Sweden (Stockholm).

Besides, IPS correspondents report from the United Nations headquarters in Geneva and Vienna, from UNESCO and OECD headquarters in Paris as well as from Bonn, the German UN City that hosts 18 UN secretariats and organisations.

IPS distributes news in English, Finnish, Flemish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. It reaches more than 100 mainstream news media and their web sites as well as many news sites of alternative publications.

IPS Finland Director Milla Sundström, being the longest serving among colleagues in the region, acts as the representative of IPS European Companies in the global management team.

European funders and project partners of IPS include the European Union, Finland, the Flemish Government (Belgium), the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Italy and Norway.
