Mario Lubetkin, the IPS Director General, has been invited to take part in one of the sessions of the international seminar Poverty and Development Within the context of Globalization in Rio de Janeiro, July 25-27, hosted by Celso Furtado international centre and by the Helsinki Process.

Lubetkin was a panellist in the session dedicated to “The integration in South America – Development and poverty: constructing a South America’s targets plan”. Government representatives, international organizations, NGOs and civil society were among participants.
