Stephanie Wildes Editor Stephanie Wildes, based in Montevideo, Uruguay, directs Spanish-to-English translation services, coordinating with the Editor in Chief, and forming part of the IPS editorial team. She has been working with the agency since the Latin America desk relocated to Montevideo in 1994. A mother of three, she holds a BA in History and an MA in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota in the United States, where she taught Introduction to Public Speaking courses as a graduate student.
