The reliably hawkish Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs‘ (JINSA) Friday report argues that following the Obama administration’s failed attempt to convince Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to accept a settlement freeze, it’s time to “end the ‘peace process’ and move on.”
From here, JINSA goes on to seriously distort the messages consistently delivered [...]
News and views on U.S.-Iran relations for December 10, 2010:
The Journal of International Security Affairs: Senior Heritage Foundation fellow Peter Brookes writes in the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) journal that Arab concerns over Iran’s nuclear program “is increasingly palpable in the Middle East, where a dangerous domino effect is [...]
Russian President Dmitri Medvedev stated in his annual state of the nation address to the Kremlin yesterday (Nov.30), “Either we reach an agreement on missile defense and create a joint mechanism for cooperation, or, if we do not succeed in entering into a constructive understanding, there will begin a new arms race.”
A new arms race? Sounds like good business for Raytheon. With customers in more than 80 countries, arms races are the key to Raytheon’s prosperity. No wonder Jon Kyl–(the “senator from Raytheon”?)–is putting the brakes on START, while drawing accolades from JINSA.
News and views relevant to U.S.-Iran relations for November 10, 2010.
The Jewish Week: James D. Besser analyzes the impact of the midterm election on the Obama administration’s Iran strategy and concludes it “may indirectly lead to greater U.S. flexibility on the issue of Israeli military action to stop [Iran’s] nuclear program.” Shoshana [...]

As noted in the September 2 Talking Points, the hard-line neoconservative Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) is pushing the old neocon meme that the ‘road to Middle East peace runs through’… well, anywhere but Jerusalem. This time, of course, it’s Tehran.
The latest JINSA Report, the organization’s policy e-newsletter, calls Iran [...]

Noah's Bark, No Bite: RJC's Chanuka START Attack Falls Flat
There’s no better way to commemorate a civil war among Jews 2,275 years ago, memorialized by the Jewish festival of Chanuka, than by a little intra-tribe squabbling.
Perhaps that’s why, just in time for the holidays, the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) launched a scathing attack on some of the most prominent — and pro-Israel– [...]
